I’m starting this blog because I need to do something serious about my sugar addiction. I know it’s ruining my life in ways I’m even not fully aware of. I know I’ll feel better once I quit but how do I get there? So, I’m taking it a day at a time using this blog to log my daily experiences and hopefully keep myself accountable. I’ll try to commit to being as real as possible. I’m not sure if I’ll blog everyday but i’m going to try to record my progress or failure as much as possible. I’ll hopefully upload some photos along the way to record my progress. For the record I’m a 41 year old woman of average size and height. This will not be an easy journey as at this age weight loss, getting in shape, and dietary changes can be more of a challenge. So, here we go…..
